Bruno Peron farms the gravelly bench west of Penticton. He patrols his tiny 7-acre vineyard with a sharp eye to ripeness and marauding deer. This lovely gewurztraminer reached the peak of ripeness in the long 2007 fall. A bit of chardonnay filled out the rich mid-palate, and a bit of muscat contributed to the flowery aromatics of this wine. Pair with ripe cheeses or with prawns and crab.
